Event Date: July 8, 2017

Location: J-Sei 1285 66th Street Emeryville, CA

Heartfulness is deeply rooted in traditional Japanese culture that cherishes gratitude, acceptance and humility, and supported by recent scientific evidence.

During this workshop, we will engage in exercises that enhance mindfulness, com- passion and gratitude, similar to those done in Stanford’s Heartfulness classes.
